It appears that my company has put up some sort of nazi web page blocker (barracuda?). It seems that every website I check is blocked. I am in good with the IS dept....so going to see what I can do to get off this insanity.

The shoulder is about 70% healed. The therapy is helping a lot. The first day was painful and sucked, but since then I have seen the benefits. I am up to a whopping 7.5 lbs.



( movie update )

I was conflicted on seeing this movie. I've read/heard so many opposites on it. Phasmaphobic* said it was awesome(didn't read your post for fear of spoiler), but then two other people said it was a waste of their money.

I decided to see it based on I tend to think more like Nathan than the other two. One word to describe it..."AWESOME!" I loved the movie. You felt so much for the characters and were screaming at them. "I wish he would turn the camera to the left two feet...maybe then I would know what was going on" An exciting rollercoaster with comedy mixed in to lighten certain areas. They are about to attempt a very risky situation when Hud says "I'll document". Hilarious. When Beth said "I am so scared right now" haha...Blairwitch flashback for sure.

Saw it with Adam at the AMC in Orlando last night. $10.00 for the ticket! wtf mate? Dinner was at a nice restraunt in Pleasure Island. Expensive to say the least. I actually had to pay for one of my beers to avoid passing my dinner limit.

If you see the movie you are either going to love it or hate it. I don't think there will be an inbetween with this movie.

No words can express my joy at the events that occurred yesterday. As long as Sports Illustrated does not come out with a "bama's back" issue I think we will be alright.

I broke down and purchased a huge lcd tv. It is awesome...

Next step either a ps3 or xbox 360. I will have to research both to see which one I want more. Video games + Dvd viewing will be the main functions. I've heard NCAA 2008 is exceptional.

In other news I have high blood pressure. What is the deal with that? I am extremly active and eat very healthy. Last time I give blood! I'll be looking for a doctor in the area I suppose.

Charlie: In case I forget... Richard is coming down to help me move. Hopefully we can get ours done quickly and offer you any assistance you may need. We are starting at 8 in the morning and probably be done noonish.

I recently bought the items needed for NikePlus (shoes $87, nano Ipod $174, chip $29, arm band $29) I completed my first run with it yesterday. I am pretty out of shape concerning endurance and I think this will help a lot.

I did a 3k in a decent time. I started to cramp around 1.5k. I felt like stopping until the little voice spoke to me through the earpiece detailing my progress.

When I quit running in December my times were around 6 min for 1 mile, 14 min for two mile, and 23 min for 3.1 miles(5k). I am hoping to get back to those times and improve them to the point I can start competing again.

I would love any recommendations for "running" songs. Here is my basic list right now. The power song can be utilized at any time by pressing the center button.

Charlie and I have decided to start playing tennis again. I have gotten pretty out of shape during the "hibernation" part of winter. I assume(hope) Charlie has as well. If you are reading this and would like to join us feel free. We are hoping for a weekly meeting on Tuesdays 5pm.

I will be in Bham for work the rest of the week. I am driving up and back every day. I am unsure if driving time will be considered part of the work day or not. I do know I am meeting my co-worker somewhere offsite here in town.

I hate the start of something new and not knowing all the tricks.

Just doubled my posting in the last year!

Bowling last night was awesome. Except for Ginger losing her possesions. People just don't have any morals. I did however complete the between the legs strike. It was incredibly beautiful to behold.

It is way too hot outside for tennis. My body completly ignored me. Oh well it was still fun.

Interview part 2 in Bham tomorrow at 1. Hopefully it goes well. I am ready to move on.

I've been listening to some really strange music lately. Including but not limited to Train and Hootie. I feared for my life that Steve might come in screaming Opeth and kill me. But yesterday I heard him listening to some Hootie. Safe for now.

Jennifer is coming back next weekend. Let's just say that Verizon didn't completly screw me.(no service in apartment) If it wasn't for IN then my phone bill would be frightening.
